Adding a new option `split_transactions` where disabling in combination with `batch=False` leads to transactions appearing in one SEPA payment with multiple transactions instead of multiple SEPA payments with one single trnasaction. fix raphaelm#53 Signed-off-by: Adrian Nöthlich <git@promasu.tech>
