Remove X from author profiles

I propose we don't include X in author profiles.

Only two authors have an account set in their config:

• @sethmlarson but he's deleted his account
• @JacobCoffee whose account is still active

I also updated two links for Brian Bilston who has also deleted his account.

up to you all but i'd prefer it as an option. it only renders if the author wants to set it and the PSF maintains their X account as well. and it's still a place to reach people the majority of developers use
