@jaapio Are you sure? A lot of people are using this package on newer php versions. What version are you using? @jaapio The version restriction says. `^8.0` which is `>=8 && < 9.0` @jaapio Can you please report your issue, that is probably more insight full than arguing here about who is right.

The tests of this library are executed on php 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5. I assume you are running the latest version (6) of is library? </comment_new>
