Fix six package incompatiblity with EL10

Description

This PR fixes #12310

After this change, the user needs to add the mysql repo to the OS like this: https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/4.22.0.0/installguide/building_from_source.html#mysql-connector-rpm-repository
