KEPM Policy Bugfixes

Summary

This PR addresses multiple bugs and usability improvements in the KEPM admin commands, focusing on policy resolution, agent lifecycle operations, and policy view output.

Changes

• Policy lookup by name: Policies can now be resolved by name (case-insensitive) in addition to UID. Duplicate names prompt the user to use the UID instead.
• Policy view improvements: Added table format output (default) alongside JSON. JSON output respects --output flag.
• Policy delete improvements: Added success messages after deletion.

2. Agent Delete Command Fixes

• Added a confirmation prompt before deleting agents when --force is not specified.
• Added success messages after agent deletion, returning the names of deleted agents.
