Test against marshmallow 3

marshmallow 3 made some improvements to serialization performance recently. I'd like to see the benchmarks updated with the latest stable marshmallow v3

Note: lyft/toasted-marshmallow#9 makes this a bit tricky because it clobbers the currently-installed marshmallow package.
