libxtwrapper.so is not a Python module #356
Description
libxtwrapper.so is built as if it is a C extension Python module. It certainly is a C extension, but it's not a Python module (one cannot simply import it). Because of this, it should not be installed into lib/python3X/site-packages with the common Python SO module naming scheme. It should probably be installed in lib. arrow does this correctly (e.g. here), and unfortunately, it looks like a pain.
