SapMachine 11 is Out of Support. Consider to remove it?

SapMachine 11 went Out Of Support in Dec2024.

Can you consider to remove SapMachine version 11 from

In Sept 2026 SapMachine 17 will go Out Of Support.

Hi, note that the java buildpack is currently being rewritten from Ruby to Go following the same model as the rest of the community buildpacks. In the go-based implementation SapMachine11 was removed. More info in this PR
