Add a MODE command #99
Description
MS-DOS lets users set things like COM1 baud rate, screen width, etc, using a MODE command.
You can also load code-pages with MODE. We could allow people to load soft-fonts, with some user-defined character set. This might make more efficient use of the 256 on-screen glyphs than just sticking with Code Page 850.
